Prof Paul Cooke is director of the Centre for World Cinemas and Digital Cultures at the University of Leeds, which has partnered with the 31st Leeds International Film Festival to deliver a series of international events called ‘Voicing Hidden Histories’ (12-15 Nov 2017) that explores participatory arts and activist filmmaking across the world see here for more details.
